- Converting brick style fireplace into modern marble look porcelain

- Replacing dark laminate floors with bright waterproof luxury vinyl

- Remodeling bathrooms to create space by removing partition walls and replacing vanities with floating vanities

- Upgrading bathroom countertops to quartz
