Kitchen, Dry Bar, & Powder Bath Refresh

For this stunning remodel, we gave the existing cabinets a fresh new look by resurfacing and painting them in a sophisticated French Grey for the wall cabinets and a rich Deep Sea Blue for the base cabinets. To enhance functionality and style, we introduced a brand-new dry bar area in the dining room, featuring the same Deep Sea Blue cabinetry and a striking geometric marble backsplash. The countertops were upgraded to a luxurious 3cm quartz with elegant grey veining, which we extended onto the backsplash for a seamless, high-end finish. This transformation brings a perfect balance of modern elegance and practicality, creating a space that’s both inviting and timeless.

- Restructuring the kitchen to increase space (removed pantry) and adding a kitchen island 
- Upgrading kitchen countertops to beautiful Dekton with waterfall on one-side of the island
- Adding a majestic accent wall at entrance using bookmatch porcelain tile
- Converting brick style fireplace into modern marble look porcelain
- Replacing dark laminate floors with bright waterproof luxury vinyl
- Remodeling bathrooms to create space by removing partition walls and replacing vanities with floating vanities
- Upgrading bathroom countertops to quartz
